It’s a Wednesday! That means it’s this character’s day! 🔪
Wednesday was interesting to draw since every iteration of her is slightly different from each other. Currently, my favorite versions of her are from the 90s films, 90s cartoon, and Netflix’s Wednesday.
Her Full Name
A fun fact I wanted to share before I end this post is how her full name is Wednesday Friday Addams (I wonder if this’ll be mentioned in Netflix’s Wednesday season 2). I remember when I found this out I thought it was funny and I think it mostly had to do with how I came across this information. I believe I was watching the 60s show and in the episode where Wednesday runs away from home, Morticia had to call the police station for help. The sheriff asked her several questions to get a better understanding about the situation and one of those questions was about Wednesday’s name. It’s a pretty humorous exchange and it’s also one of my favorite scenes I rewatch a lot!
