In the show, holding hands is a recurring thing between Luz and Amity. It was one of the first things to pop into my mind when I decided to make this.

The name of this drawing is based on the song that plays in “Knock, Knock, Knockin on Hooty’s Door.” I remember finding the song absolutely hilarious and sweet—it was perfect for these two! You can listen to it here if you want.
